• All creators who register for our agency must be 18+
• You must fill out the TikTok KYC form in order to verify your age and withdraw the funds from your TikTok Account - Click here to complete the KYC Form
• You must also fill in the Age Verification form that can be found here.

• You will be invited into our Telegram Group where you can communicate with our community.
• Access the resources provided and utilise them, They have been created to help you.
• Arrange Battles.
• Exchange TikTok usernames with other members and go live together, Make friends.

We require all Agency Members to meet the below minimum requirements when going live during each Month.

• 20 Go Live Hours For new Creators
• 60 Go Live Hours for Creators who have experience.
• 60 Minutes Minimum Per Live.

• If you require a break from going live on TikTok, please inform us so that we can provide you with the best support possible.

• Each agency member is assigned a personal diamond baseline, which you must achieve. This baseline is communicated in your agency invitation and is determined by TikTok; the agency has no influence over your baseline.
• We will Pay you a % Back of your diamonds earned each month.
• You will receive this percentage every month after successfully reaching your baseline for three months. The exact amount will be based on the number of diamonds you earn.

Please be aware that resigning from the agency will result in the forfeiture of any rewards earned.

• It is essential for all creators to review and understand the Community Guidelines. Click here to read the Community Guidelines.
• TikTok is overseen by AI moderators, who are responsible for 99% of bans issued to creators. These moderators scan for specific terms and key phrases and will enforce bans if they are detected.
• All bans must be reported via Telegram. If you are banned from Rising Stars or Weekly Rankings, please reach out to the admins directly.
• If you are banned without Breaking any Community Guidelines we can help get the ban removed, If you have broken TikTok community guidelines the ban will remain

Persistent violations of the Community Guidelines may lead to removal from the Agency.

We will not have any access to your account or personal information, nor will we have any control over your TikTok account.

• No contract is required to be signed. By accepting your invitation to join the agency through your Live centre, you are agreeing to abide by TikTok's community guidelines. Additionally, we anticipate that you will align with our values, meet our expectations, and be open to trying out the advice provided by us.

• If you ever wish to leave the agency for any reason, you can simply go to your Live centre and quit the agency.
